Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your delivery state and are calculated at cart and checkout when you sign in with a saved address. Store pickup in Ibadan is free.

Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara
North East — ₦7,500
Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe
North Central — ₦7,500
Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Federal Capital Territory
South West — ₦5,000
Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun (Oyo outside Ibadan)
Ibadan (Oyo State) — ₦2,000–₦2,500
Ibadan and immediate environs
South East — ₦7,500
Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo
South South — ₦7,500
Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers

International destinations require a custom quote before checkout.

Large orders (20+ items) may include an additional handling fee of ₦500.

Delivery partners

FOODHUB247 may use in-house dispatch riders, third-party logistics companies, or transport services to fulfill deliveries. While we work with reliable delivery partners, certain delays may occur outside our direct control.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to communicate delays promptly.

Product condition upon delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery. If any issue is noticed, such as:

Missing items
Leakage
Spoilage
Incorrect products

customers should notify FOODHUB247 within 24 hours in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Food storage after delivery

Once products are successfully delivered, customers are responsible for proper handling and storage. FOODHUB247 shall not be liable for spoilage resulting from:

Poor storage
Excessive heat
Moisture exposure
Refrigeration failure
Customer mishandling after delivery

Delivery to third parties

Where orders are delivered to:

Security personnel
Receptionists
Neighbors
Family members
Agents
Any person at the provided address

such delivery shall be deemed completed successfully.

Bulk & special deliveries

Large-volume orders, wholesale deliveries, or special requests may:
